Milan Italy looks high

Just champion from Italy, AC Milan had already formalized its first two recruits for next season: Philippe Mexes and Taye Taiwo. The central defender for AS Roma and Olympique Marseille left-back, both out of contract, just refresh a rearguard Lombard aging. When Mario Yepes has joined AC Milan last summer, many smiled. View land to build a new thirty-one team actually had the ball all of a good joke. But the start of recruitment for the Rossoneri next season because this year, much less laugh, especially their opponents. For not a euro cent, the club has already offered Lombard Philippe Mexes and Taye Taiwo.
"Defensively, we are filled. We made Mexes and Taiwo," he said Monday as coach Massimiliano Allegri Lombard at a press conference on the eve of the semi-final second leg Italian Cup to Palermo. A rather unusual context to announce such reinforcements. For if the season from AS Roma defender is terminated because of an injury to the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee, the left side of the OM is far from over.
To believe that, in the euphoria of his 18th league title in Italy acquired this weekend after a draw against ... AS Roma (0-0), AC Milan was eager to make their fans salivating. These two players, one aged 29 and the other 26, some will rejuvenate a defense that was starting to rust seriously. The arrival of Philippe Mexes, who holds as a central defender for France since Laurent Blanc took over the Blues, is not really a surprise since early April, just after his injury, he had himself announced that he would "probably" in the Rossoneri. His association in line with the international Brazilian Thiago Silva promises to be solid.
For Taye Taiwo, there was a doubt. Other clubs were positioned to enlist the Nigerian side, also out of contract at Marseille, where he lives since 2005, and his character outside the EU could be a problem to leaders Milan. "We'll take it, regardless of whether or not extra-community," said the managing director of the club, Adriano Galliani on Sky. If the Marseilles obtained a French passport, as he tries to do, the question does not even arise. It will, therefore, whatever happens, the left back position, the only one that really caused problems this season to the Lombards. Remains to be seen whether it will be up to snuff, it has not always been the holder in 2010-11 to OM.
